“That title would have gone to Diana if Camilla hadn’t broken up their parents’ marriage. When Charles broke that promise, William and Harry felt betrayed,” he added.
Queen Elizabeth II, however, chose not to attend, given her role as head of the Church of England, which traditionally discourages remarriage after divorce.
