Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly “furious” that the Royal Family has never offered them an apology or attempted any reconciliation, despite the years of tension and public drama between the two sides.

According to insiders, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex believe they have been treated under “a double standard” — and that the Palace’s recent gesture toward another scandal proves it.

In December, Harry and Meghan released their explosive Netflix documentary Harry & Meghan, sparking massive controversy across the U.K. and beyond. Amid the fallout, the couple is said to be angry that the Palace has not extended the same courtesy to them as it did to Ngozi Fulani — a charity leader who received a formal apology from Buckingham Palace after being offended by Lady Susan Hussey during an event.

A palace meeting was quickly arranged to reconcile with Fulani — something the Sussexes claim they’ve never been offered, despite years of hostility and accusations.

A source close to the couple told The Sunday Times:

“Nothing like that was ever done when Harry and Meghan raised their concerns — no meeting, no formal apology, no accountability. It’s frustrating. They’ve wanted a reconciliation meeting for years.”

In their Netflix series, Prince Harry suggested that the Royal Family should apologize for the way they were treated during the so-called Megxit fallout — when the couple chose to step back from royal duties.

“I’ve had to accept that we may never get a real apology,” Harry admitted.

 Life After the Crown

Now living in California with their two children, Archie and Lilibet, the couple continues to appear in public — despite having once claimed they left royal life for privacy and normalcy.

They reportedly hope for a reconciliation meeting before King Charles III’s coronation in May, especially after Buckingham Palace confirmed that “all family members are welcome” at the event.

A royal insider shared that King Charles is “open to dialogue” and willing to meet his son and daughter-in-law.

“If they want to reach out to the King, they know where he lives,” the source added.

The Rift Remains

However, tensions remain high. Prince William, according to close friends, has no plans to speak to his brother, while Buckingham Palace has no intention of responding to the claims made in Harry and Meghan’s Netflix series.

Meanwhile, Harry’s memoir Spare — set for release next month — is rumored to include even more “explosive revelations.”

Though King Charles is reportedly ready to forgive, royal aides warn there is one red line: Harry must not attack Queen Consort Camilla.

“The King is open to reconciliation,” one insider said,
