The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been on a spring break getaway since Meghan Markle’s lifestyle brand was launched, with a source revealing the pair are living in a ‘bubble’
The family are said to be in a ‘happy bubble’ since their holiday
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to be enjoying a blissful chapter in their lives, creating a “happy bubble” at home with their children as they continue to build their post-royal future.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently whisked their young family away on a sun-soaked spring break to mark Meghan’s latest business milestones, according to People magazine. The couple, now firmly based in Montecito, California, is said to be cherishing a quieter, more grounded life focused on raising their two children – Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.
A source allegedly close to the family revealed to the US outlet: “The kids are adorable. They’re incredibly smart, articulate and fun. Archie and Lili are very much the centre of Harry and Meghan’s world. Their home life is their happy bubble.”

While the Sussexes are said to be thriving in their California sanctuary, relations with the royal family appear as strained as ever. The publication also reports that Prince Harry’s relationship with his father, King Charles, remains distant, with his attempts to reach out – including phone calls and letters – allegedly going unanswered.
The Duke is also said to have found out about the King’s most recent hospital stay for complications related to cancer treatment through the media, with insiders suggesting he remains in the dark about his father’s current health status. Harry, who last saw the King over a year ago following the monarch’s cancer diagnosis, also continues to be estranged from his brother, Prince William.
The pair have suffered a strained relationship since Harry’s move to the US. Despite the family tensions, Harry has publicly expressed pride in Meghan, whose entrepreneurial efforts have been making headlines.
Her new lifestyle brand, As Ever, launched with a selection of boutique products including raspberry jam, herbal teas, and floral sprinkles – which promptly sold out. She also unveiled a new Netflix lifestyle series titled With Love, Meghan, which has received mixed reviews from critics.

Meghan also recently debuted a podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, where she candidly discusses the challenges of motherhood and business. In the latest episode, the Duchess opened up about the struggle of balancing work while caring for her children when they were unwell, describing the experience as “incredibly overwhelming.”
Meghan, who has opened up on her personal life more in recent months, also reflected on the pain of her secret miscarriage in 2020, saying: “You have to let go of something you planned to love for a long time.”
Prince Harry told People: “I am so happy for my wife and fully support absolutely everything she’s done and continues to do. I’m incredibly proud.”
