Ever since Joe Biden finally surrendered to the Democrat establishment and dropped out of the presidential race last month, the leftwing media machine has been trying to make him look like a president who was both popular and effective. In reality, however, Biden has been an incredibly unpopular president who has repeatedly done things that are worthy of impeachment.

Thankfully, Biden is finally being called out for his actions. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-GA) is calling on House Republican leaders to hold a chamber-wide vote on impeaching Biden.

Donald is doing this in the wake of the release of a damning report that accuses Biden of committing various impeachable offenses. When Donald Trump was in office, Democrats claimed to be all about holding presidents accountable. It’s now time for Biden to be held accountable for the things that he’s done.

“I’ve felt that way for a long time. I’m on the Oversight Committee, I’ve seen all of the evidence up close and personal. It is without a doubt that he used his office when he was vice president to enrich his family as pay-for-play,” Donalds told Fox News Digital. “That’s public corruption.”

Referencing the phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that precipitated the first impeachment of former President Trump, Donalds added, “Listen, if a phone call is quote-unquote an impeachable offense, then public corruption absolutely is. I think the House should hold that vote.”

House Republicans released a 292-page report on Monday, a joint effort by the House Oversight Committee, House Judiciary Committee and House Ways and Means Committee, arguing that Biden engaged in “impeachable conduct.”

These committees have spent the past few months investigating whether Biden helped enrich both himself and his family through various foreign business deals during his time as vice president.

This Could Put Democrats In A Difficult Spot

It should be noted that it’s incredibly unlikely that this effort will prove to be successful. In order to impeach Biden, Donalds would need some Democrats to cross over, and it’s virtually impossible that this will happen. However, given how obvious Biden’s corruption has been, it could expose Democrat hypocrisy if they continue to stand by him throughout this impeachment effort.

“I think one of the reasons why a lot of people are losing faith in our institutions is because it appears that people at the top of our politics just get away with everything and are never held accountable,” Donalds said. “And that’s wrong.”

We could not agree more!

The timing of this impeachment call should also be noted. Indeed, it will be interesting to see if this has any impact on the presidential election.

In their constant attempts to take down Trump, Democrats have frequently repeated the phrase “nobody is above the law.” Thanks to Donalds, Biden might be about to learn this lesson the hard way himself.
