OMG! Princess Catherine MESMERIZED the World in Pink Alexander McQueen Gown and Diamond Earrings at King Charles’ Lavish Dinner at Windsor Castle

Kate Middleton Stuns in a Pink Dress and Statement Earrings at Prince Charles's Birthday Dinner

The Princess of Wales, Catherine, stunned attendees at King Charles’ lavish birthday dinner, turning heads in a dazzling pink gown and sparkling diamond earrings. Attending the event at Buckingham Palace, Catherine showcased a show-stopping ensemble, which included a striking pink dress and elegant jewelry. The dress, a one-shouldered creation by her go-to designer, Alexander McQueen, featured a floral motif on the shoulder and delicate ruffle detailing. Catherine paired the gown with drop earrings, featuring a pear-shaped central stone surrounded by diamonds, which she had previously worn to the BAFTAs in 2017 and the 100 Women in Hedge Funds dinner in 2011.

Catherine’s hair was styled into an elegant updo, and her makeup was kept natural, with a smoky eye look that accentuated her stunning features. The Princess was joined by her sister-in-law, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, who also dazzled at the event, sporting some of the most sparkling jewels from her collection. Both Catherine and Meghan made a statement with their bold jewelry choices, celebrating King Charles’s 70th birthday with friends, family, and European royalty in attendance.

Princess Beatrice also stood out, wearing eye-catching earrings that featured a dramatic spiral design, encrusted with sapphires and diamonds. However, her sister, Princess Eugenie, who had recently returned from her honeymoon with husband Jack Brooksbank, chose a more low-key pair of earrings. These earrings, believed to be part of her personal collection, were not identified as belonging to a particular brand.

Meanwhile, Meghan wore diamond drop earrings, which were recently seen during an official reception in Fiji on the Royal Tour. Kensington Palace had confirmed at the time that the earrings were borrowed, but they did not specify whether they came from the royal collection. Meghan arrived at the event with Prince Harry, who looked dapper in a tuxedo and drove his pregnant wife to the celebration.

Royal guests from across Europe were expected to gather at Buckingham Palace for a glittering banquet in honor of King Charles. The guest list included royals from various countries, as well as members of the British royal family, for what promised to be an unforgettable event. The reception was followed by an opulent dinner, likely held in Buckingham Palace’s grand state rooms. Though the details of the evening were kept under wraps, it was clear that it would be a highly prestigious affair.

For Catherine, this event marked a royal first—her first time celebrating the Monarch’s official birthday since becoming the Princess of Wales. During King Charles’s first official birthday parade, several royal family members were present, including Catherine, who participated in the parade in a horse-drawn carriage alongside Queen Camilla. At the event, Catherine wore a hat by Philip Treacy and a dress by Singaporean designer Andrew Gen. The outfit was a thoughtful nod to Prince William’s Earthshot Prize, as the new awards ceremony will be held in Asia later this year, and the bright green dress was symbolic of both the Earthshot project and the color of the Welsh flag.

Catherine’s appearance was a perfect display of family unity, as Prince William and their three children also wore red ensembles for the occasion. This coordinated look was a show of family flag dressing, which symbolized their new titles as the Prince and Princess of Wales following King Charles’s ascension to the throne.

During the birthday parade, Catherine made her first appearance as Princess of Wales, wearing a gold Cartier Shamrock brooch, a piece that pays tribute to her connection to Ireland. She completed the look with diamond drop earrings that once belonged to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana. Diana had worn the earrings during a royal event in 1995, where she was photographed in a sleeveless black evening dress while holding a bouquet of flowers, making the earrings a powerful symbol of both royal heritage and family continuity.
