According to the now-retired nurse, the royal family not only knew about the child—but actively covered up the truth for decades.
Speaking anonymously to a reputable international news outlet, the nurse—who worked at St. Mary’s Hospital in the 1980s—claimed she was present during a hush-hush procedure involving an embryo created from Diana’s own eggs during a private medical consultation, originally intended to assess fertility options for the princess.
